Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

NHS 111.

111 is the NHS non-emergency number. It’s fast, easy and free. Call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency.

You will speak to a highly trained adviser, supported by healthcare professionals. They will ask you a series of questions to assess your symptoms and immediately direct you to the best medical care for you.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Enhanced Access Appointments.

For evenings and weekends.

We now offer Enhanced Access appointments with a GP (subject to availability). These appointments are available outside our usual Practice opening hours and are available on weekends.

The appointments will be telephone consultations, meaning you don’t have to travel anywhere to receive care from our GP.

These appointments are pre-bookable by contacting the surgery during our opening times – when calling please ask for an Enhanced Access appointment and our receptionists will be able to help you.

Our next Saturday Enhanced Access clinic is 24th May 2025.

Accessibility

Our surgery is accessible to patients with different access needs as follows:

  • Wheelchair accessible, all patient facilities on ground floor and we have two lifts to the first floor of required,

  • Auto opening doors to waiting area,

  • Reception desk has wheelchair access,

  • Portable induction loop system to aid the deaf and hearing impaired,

  • Disabled car parking and step free access from the cap park,

  • Translation services available including British Sign Language,

  • Accessible toilet facilities.
