The reception manager is responsible for the day to day running of the reception area and waiting rooms.  She would be happy to hear your views and any suggestions which you may have about services offered by the practice.

She works with a group of receptionists who are your first point of contact with our practice. They always try their best to find appointments to suit your needs and deal with your enquiries in the most appropriate way.
